Donald Trump's special representative for Russia and Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, sharply criticized the extensive missile strike by Russia on Ukraine during Christmas.

In his message on X (Twitter), Kellogg noted that Christmas should have been a time of peace, but Ukraine was once again attacked.

"Massive missile and drone strikes on the day of the Lord's birth are wrong. The world is closely watching the actions of both sides," Kellogg stated.

The special representative for Trump emphasized that the U.S. is more determined than ever to establish peace in the region.

The U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, Bridget Brink, also condemned Russia's attack.

"Russia's Christmas gift to Ukraine: over 70 missiles and 100 drones aimed at Ukrainian families celebrating in their homes, and at the energy infrastructure that keeps them warm. For the third holiday season, Russia is turning winter into a weapon," she wrote on X.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer also condemned the Russian attack on Ukrainian energy infrastructure during Christmas and urged the West to "double down on determination" in supporting Ukraine.
