Ukrainian agritech company K-FACTOR aims to double its production capacity by early 2026.

The company "K-FACTOR," which has recently entered the Ukrainian agricultural machinery market with its production of storage bunkers, plans to double its output by the end of the year to 200 units annually, according to company representatives.
Новая украинская агротехническая компания K-FACTOR намерена удвоить свои мощности к 2025-2026 годам.

The company "K-FACTOR," which recently entered the Ukrainian agricultural machinery market with the production of storage bins, plans to double its capacity by the end of the year to 200 units per year, the company reported.

“The company started production with the Booster and Powerbank series of storage bins, designed to meet various farm needs. At the outset, production capabilities allow for the manufacture of 100 units of equipment per year. By the end of 2025 (or early 2026), the plan is to double this capacity. All will depend on demand and sales, as only the first samples have been produced so far,” the company told the Interfax-Ukraine agency.

Production takes place in Kremenchuk at the facilities of the "D-Light" company and includes workshops with automated process management systems.

“Every farmer has faced the issue of grain loss during transportation and unloading. We set out to create storage bins that transport grain as efficiently and economically as possible. For instance, the unloading system of the Powerbank bin allows for the complete emptying of a 31-cubic-meter container in just 3 minutes, which is 30% faster than the market average,” quotes the company’s co-founder, Dmitry Lyashenko.

According to him, this significantly reduces the time needed for grain transportation and minimizes combine downtime.

The company clarified that it uses materials and components from leading global manufacturers for production, but the current level of localization is already sufficient for the company’s equipment to participate in the partial cost compensation program for agrarians.

“We plan to be part of this program by March-April,” K-FACTOR hopes.

Among the competitive advantages of the storage bins, the company highlights convenient and rapid operation without damaging or losing grain due to thoughtful design, as well as minimizing fuel consumption since the bins operate with lower-powered tractors (from 180 hp).

Additionally, the machines are noted for their stability and passability thanks to low-pressure tires, a telescopic axle (3-3.5 m), and an optimized design, along with safety and comfort provided by a built-in LCD camera with night vision and additional lighting.

According to co-founder Alexandra Lunina, the company has ambitious plans not only for the Ukrainian market.

“We are focusing on long-term partnerships with large agribusinesses and small farms. Our marketing strategy includes entering not only the Ukrainian but also the international market,” she emphasizes.

According to the company, it was established in March 2024, and the co-founders of the registered LLC "K-Factor" in Poltava are Dmitry Lyashenko (40% of the charter capital), founder of the special machinery manufacturing company DLight, Roman Hirshfeld (36%), founder of HF Agro and the Lozova Machinery brand, and marketing, advertising, and PR expert Alexandra Lunina (24%).
