The average national cashback payout per person has increased by 19.5%, according to the Ministry of Economic Development.

The government disbursed 232 million UAH in cashback to Ukrainians for purchasing domestically produced goods in November, which is nearly double the amount from October. The average payout increased by 19.5%, rising from 97 UAH to 116 UAH per person, as reported on the Ministry of Economy's website on Wednesday.

The government has paid out 232 million UAH in cashback to Ukrainians for purchasing domestically produced goods in November, which is nearly double the amount paid in October. The average payout increased by 19.5% from 97 UAH to 116 UAH per person, reports the Ministry of Economy's website on Wednesday.

It is noted that the number of cashback recipients rose by 800,000 compared to the previous month, totaling nearly 2 million individuals.

“This indicates that interest in the program continues to grow, as does the demand for Ukrainian-made products. Please note that payments for December and January will be made at the end of February 2025,” stated the first Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, as quoted in the publication.

According to the ministry's information, the most active participants in the program are Ukrainians under 45 years old, comprising 60% of all users. Participants of middle age account for 24%, while seniors (60+) make up 16%.

Nearly 700,000 citizens did not receive payouts because they did not activate their cashback cards in the "Dii" app on time or accumulated less than 2 UAH. The total amount of cashback accumulated by them is 48 million UAH.

It is emphasized that the cashback payments for December and January will occur at the end of February 2025, which is related to the specifics of the budget process. All accrued funds will be paid out in full.

As clarified by the Ministry of Economy, as of December 25, 2024, 7.9 million citizens have joined the program. The number of National Cashback cards has reached 8.6 million, with 4.2 million cards activated in Dii for future payouts.

Overall, since the program launched (over three months), the total amount of cashback paid out has reached 388 million UAH.

The program involves 1,665 manufacturers and 360,000 Ukrainian-made products.

Cashback is available on 360 thousand products produced in Ukraine.

Leading national retail chains, pharmacies, gas stations, and a significant number of regional and individual stores participate in the program.

As previously reported, on October 11, the first Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, announced that the Ministry of Economy has completed the beta testing of the "National Cashback" program and has decided to launch its national advertising campaign.

The maximum cashback amount is 3,000 UAH/month, and the funds can be spent by the 20th of the following month on medical and utility services, sports, cinema, train tickets, donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, or the purchase of military bonds.

Among the banks participating in the program are PrivatBank, monobank, Ukrgasbank, Sense Bank, PUMB, A-bank, Bank Globus, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, Oschadbank, Akkordbank, Bank Credit Dnipro, Praveks Bank, Clearing House, Radabank, and Raiffeisen.
