The government has directed the Ministry of Finance to raise "Ukrfinzhitlo's" capital by 20 billion UAH through the issuance of government bonds.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has instructed the Ministry of Finance to facilitate the issuance of domestic government bonds in exchange for shares from a supplementary issue of "Ukrfinzhytlo" (JSC "Ukrainian Financial Housing Company") with the aim of increasing its charter capital. This initiative is set to be completed by the end of 2024, totaling 20 billion UAH.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has instructed the Ministry of Finance to increase the authorized capital of "Ukrfinzhytlo" (JSC "Ukrainian Financial Housing Company") by issuing internal state loan bonds in exchange for shares from the additional emission of the specified company, totaling 20 billion UAH by the end of 2024.

According to information on the Cabinet's website, of this amount, 10 billion UAH will have a maturity of 10 years with an interest rate of 12.6% per annum and a coupon period of one year. Additionally, 5 billion UAH will have a maturity of five years with an interest rate of 15.84% per annum and a coupon period of six months, and another 5 billion UAH will have a maturity of four years with an interest rate of 16.35% per annum and a coupon period of six months.

The resolution also stipulates that the issuance of these internal state loan bonds is carried out without the approval of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

The resolution states that the Cabinet also mandated the Ministry of Economy to acquire shares from the additional issuance of the private joint-stock company "Ukrainian Financial Housing Company" amounting to 20 billion UAH in exchange for internal state loan bonds within December 2024.

As reported, on December 10, JSC "Ukrainian Financial Housing Company" ("Ukrfinzhytlo") and Radabank signed a general agreement and cooperation contracts.
