Ukraine and the IMF have reached an agreement on the seventh review of the EFF program, according to Shmyhal.

Ukraine and the IMF have reached a staff-level agreement on the seventh review of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program, with a total amount of approximately $15.5 billion, announced Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on Friday.

Ukraine and the IMF have reached a staff-level agreement on the seventh review of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program, with a total program volume of approximately $15.5 billion, reported on Friday by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

"Ukraine and the IMF have reached a staff-level agreement on the seventh review of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program. The total volume of the program is about $15.5 billion. We will be able to receive the next tranche after the review is approved by the IMF Executive Board," the Prime Minister wrote on Telegram.

Shmyhal expressed gratitude to the teams of the Government and the National Bank of Ukraine for their "thorough work" and to the Fund for its "support and stable partnership."

Earlier, he mentioned that Ukraine plans to attract $2.7 billion from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2025.
